Philip Yannarella is the Government Documents Librarian in the Northern Kentucky University Steely Library.

Phil holds a Master of Arts in Library Science and a Master of Arts in Philosophy Degrees.  The many years of professional experience as an academic librarian also includes many years of experience as the Volunteer Librarian at the Cincinnati Museum’s Geier Collections Center Science Library. He has been the Volunteer Librarian at the Geier Library since May 1993.  He has also taught the Government Information 305 Course within the NKU Library Informatics Program every second year since 2010.  He is also completed a  major part of the research and information processing for the Francine Shapiro EMDR Online Library which is housed on the NKU servers.  Phil likes to work out in the yard and  on jigsaw puzzles.
